We want you to love your Olux Ring. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy starting from the day you receive your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

- Once your request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and full instructions.
- Please send returns only to the address provided – items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your Olux Ring is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can fix the issue quickly.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return your original item and place a new order for the product you want after your return is approved.
European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
