Olux Ring offers a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at [email protected]. Returns must be sent to the following address: Olux, 112 N Central Avenue, 1st Floor, Phoenix, AZ 85004, USA.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products (beauty, hygiene)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your current item and, once approved, place a new order for the item you want.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For shipments to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The item must be:
- In the same condition as received, unworn or unused
- With original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at [email protected].
