Shipping

We ship Olux Rings from our warehouses located in the United States, United Kingdom, and Hong Kong. The shipping location depends on product availability at the time of your order, so your item may be dispatched from any of these locations. Our Shopify-powered logistics system ensures fast and automated order processing. We also conduct weekly stock checks to maintain the highest product quality.

Current Shipping Conditions

Due to high demand and ongoing supply chain challenges, please allow an extra 1–4 business days for order processing. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Orders placed after December 14th may not arrive before Christmas due to extended preparation and shipping times.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery: 5–10 working days (excluding weekends, holidays, and unforeseen carrier delays)
  • Processing time: 1–3 working days (may extend to 7–10 working days during sales or peak demand)
  • Delivery times vary based on your country, postal service, and customs processes.

Customs & Duties

Any customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges required by your country’s postal service are the customer’s responsibility. By purchasing, you authorize Olux to arrange importation on your behalf, and any related duties or fees will be charged to you directly.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships (check your spam/junk folder just in case). Some carriers may take 2–5 business days to update tracking information.

If you are in the USA, tracking will be provided as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Occasional short delays in tracking updates are normal.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
  • If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours to update it.
  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we can resend it (shipping cost applies) or issue a refund minus original shipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.

Returns & Reshipments

Returned packages that are not the result of our error can be resent at the customer’s expense or refunded minus shipping costs.
For returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.

Customs Charges

Once your order ships, any customs charges applied by your country will be your responsibility.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it without penalty. After this window, if your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. To cancel, email us with “CANCELLATION” in the subject line.
